Starting September 1st we are excited to roll out our FILI Studio fall schedule! At FILI we believe in the daily practice of embracing challenge and growth through moving our bodies. FILI classes are designed and programmed to work together to create a strong, energetic and fulfilled body for your big FUNKY life. Now that’s funky.

All classes are 50 minutes long :)
