At FILI, we’re dedicated to supporting every aspect of your wellness journey, and we’re excited to introduce our FILI Pre + Post Natal STRENGTH program—a specialized program designed just for new and expecting moms.
Motherhood is an incredible journey, and staying active is a key part of maintaining your health and well-being during this transformative time. Our Pre + Post Natal Strength class is tailored to meet the unique needs of moms at all stages, providing a safe and effective workout environment that supports both body and mind.
Registration Options:
- 8 Classes: Join us for all 8 sessions to get the most out of the program!
- Drop ins - single sessions available upon request and are space permitting
- Registration closes Saturday January 11 :)
What to Expect
Our Pre + Post Natal Strength classes focus on building strength, stability, and gentle stamina based exercises in a supportive and empowering setting.
Program Details
Our FILI Pre + Post Natal Strength program will run for 8 classes starting on January 13. Classes will be held on Mondays at 11am. Here’s the breakdown:
Start Date: January 13
Schedule: Mondays @ 11am (please aim to arrive around 10:45am to settle in for class)
Total Classes: 8 sessions (Mondays at 11am from January 13-March 3, 2025)
Due to our small class sizes, moms are welcome to bring their babes to class to workout alongside them - we ask that moms with bubs to please arrive at 10:45am to settle in to class and be ready to start their workout at 11am
Classes taught by our beautiful new mama to be Catherine Royle and supported by Morgan Leroy :)
Package Details
The FILI Pre + Post Natal Strength Package is a dedicated program exclusively for these classes. Here’s what you need to know:
Duration: Your package covers 8 sessions (drop ins available pending space)
Drop ins - $29 / class (pending space availability)
Non-Transferable: This package is specifically for the FILI Pre + Post Natal Strength classes and cannot be transferred to other classes or individuals.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited availability of this program, all sales are final.

Before starting the program, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure the classes are suitable for you and if there are any additional pre or post natal adjustments. Our aim is to provide a safe and effective experience that aligns with your personal health and fitness goals.
