Package Details
The FILI Pre + Post Natal Strength Package is a dedicated program exclusively for these classes. Here’s what you need to know:
Duration: Your package covers 8 sessions or 5 sessions of your choice
Non-Transferable: This package is specifically for the FILI Pre + Post Natal Strength classes and cannot be transferred to other classes or individuals.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited availability of this program, all sales are final. Once you’re registered, cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are not available.

Before starting the program, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure the classes are suitable for you and if there are any additional pre or post natal adjustments. Our aim is to provide a safe and effective experience that aligns with your personal health and fitness goals.
