Space rental availability landing late Spring 2024

Our natural light-filled space and private Studio are open and airy. Its neutral palette makes it the perfect backdrop for photoshoots, wellness workshops, private events and video shoots. Our rental period starts at one hour minimum, including set-up and take-down time.

We offer both a combined Studio and Bistro rental (full rental) or a separate Studio rental to help you bring your event, Private 1:1 or workshop to life in the best way possible! If you wish to include food and drink into your time at FILI please consider a full rental as we do not allow food and drink (except water) into our studio.

Are you requiring any food or drink catering by FILI at your event? Or do you plan on bringing your own food and drink into the space? Please tell us more.*

Our minimum rental period is one hour and we only rent in one-hour increments (not 30-minutes). Rental periods include all set-up and take-down time, you must be locked up and have vacated the premises by the end of your rental period. How many hours are you looking to rent?

Our availability is around existing classes and other rentals in the studio. Please check our class schedule page and tell us when you would like to host your offering. Please include a first choice and second choice. *
